This card is inspired by one I received a few years ago. The topper portion of my card (the image, the snowflake DP cut with a scalloped edge, and the snowflake) are very similar to that card. My girlfriend had this stamp set so I borrowed hers to stamp the image and sentiment. As I only had a small snippet of white card with me, I decided to copy my cousin in law's topper design.
Used up a snippet of navy textured pearlescent card to form the first mat and then backed that with a silver DCWV Glitzy Glitter mat. The DP is Bo Bunny Dear Santa and I used a Threading Waters border punch on it, The white Martha Stewart snowflake was cut from another snippet and the star in the center of it is from a Making Memories package of various sized glittered star stickers.
I scattered various other snowflakes in the top left corner and added some sapphire mini diamonds to the center of the larger stars, I sprinkled a few more here and there. I wanted them to tie in the navy mat colour.
