A Sea of Birthday Greetings - Card 40

This was a fun card to make.  I used five stamps together to create a sentiment card. It gives a kind of homemade subway art look. It was fun to do and I think I will try it again as the stamp possibilities are endless!

The images are done with chalk and a Qtip so are a bit over the lines...another of my "watercolour look" booboo's. More seashells prised off the dollar store scrapbook borders that are eons old.

****************This is card #40 of 50.  I have been on a consumables spending freeze until I made 50 cards (Sook Wang tape and heavy weight card stock exempt).***************

Recipe
Card base - from my stash
DP -  K&Co starfish paper and unknown snippet of blue paper
Card stck - snippets so orange and Green and brown from my stash
Die - die cut from the scrapbook store's Accucut machine freebie use
Sea shells - individual shells prised off a dollar store border
Stamps - Penny Black, friendship;  a very old stamp from a Costco set; and a  Papercraft Essentials freebie called Florence
Stamp - image is Stampin Up

I am entering this card in the following challenges
1. Pixies Crafty Workshop - must use snippets
2. Bombshell Stamps - Sun, Surf and Sand
3. Sweet Pea Stampers - for the boys/ men
4. Whimsy Stamps - Summertime

SUPER card Mo! I do so love those stamps you're using - and the chalk a bit over the lines (mind you I peered real close and can't see it) wouldn't matter one jot IMHO!

Well done for almost reaching your target too - do you feel the pile had gone down a bit, medium amount or a lot? :)

Hugs, Di xx
