May Rudolph Days

Sorry that I am so late posting. I was updating this post last night and must have forgotten to hit schedule when I updated. I am on pretty strong painkillers at the moment for my knee, and I guess they affected me more than I realized!    lol
Just got home to a flood of emails alerting me to the fact that there was no May Rudolph Days post!!! Thank to all who emailed!

Once again, it is time for the Rudolph days Challenge. Here are the rules for your perusal...

1. The Rudolph Days Challenge will start each month (January to November) on the 25th, and will close at midnight PST, on the last day of that month.
2. The theme is always Anything Goes, as long as it is Christmas.
3. One entry per person and you just need to enter one Christmas card or Christmas project.
4. You may combine your entry with other challenges (maximum of 10 in total).
5. Your card (or Christmas project) should not have been previously posted to your blog. It should be posted to your blog during the current months Rudolph Days Challenge, (between the 25th and last day of the current month)
6. Please link back to or at least mention, the Rudolph Days Challenge.
7. Please leave a comment on the challenge post.
8. The winner will be selected by random draw and announced on the first day of the following month. Prizes will be mailed anywhere in the world.

9. A special draw will be held at the end of the year, in December,  for all those who submitted a card or project every month that year, January to November.

First up is Jenny at Cardsarus blog.
Jenny has made what methinks just might be a Hunky Dory designed card. Loving that wee reindeer and the liberal use of silver to accent the card elements. The inside is just as lovely as the front!

Hope you will all pop over to Jenny's blog and leave her some much deserved love! Jenny is so dedicated to this challenge.  Even though I told her to take as long as she needed,  she made this card while she is dealing with the loss of her husband. Such a lovely and special lady is our Jenny!

Our new design team member is Sue Tossel from Sue's Crafty Corner blog.
Sue has made us a lovely stack of presents card.  Well, to be honest, she made us several stacks of presents cards. The presents stack up like a tree and look so pretty.  Loving the colouring here. Pop on over to Sue's to see her cards!

Finally, my card today is a birds eye view of the world as touched by the birth of Christ. At least that was my intent. The map DP is Prima, Santa Baby and the die is Holy Night Nativity by Cottage Cutz.
The Believe  sentiment is a Sue Wilson die. Both dies were cut from snippets, as well as the last teensy piece of a pink inky card stock that I fussy cut to look like a sunset behind the image.

The prize this month is this  Tim Holtz snowman scene die

or this Penny Black robin stamp

Thanks for linking the challenge. I was worried when it wasn't there yesterday, and hoped that didn't mean you were not well enough to do it. At least it is only the pills, (and the painful knee of course), but I know how disorientated that can make you feel. I hope you are more comfortable soon and need to take less of them.
There is some lovely inspiration again this month. Thanks to everyone who contributed. Kate x

Gorgeous cards by all! Thanks for a new Rudolph Days! This month I need all the help I can get to keep me on track as I've had migraines for most of this month and there is no mojo to be found. I'm not blogging but I did cobble together a Christmas card for you - thanks for the push! Hope you'll be feeling better soon.

Sorry you are having to be on strong painkillers for your knee Mo but hope it settles down soon. The cards you have all made are beautiful. I love Jenny's Hunkydory creation, so pretty, and then Sue's wonderful stack of parcels shaping up like a tree and love the colours, and yours with the wonderful background map and the silhouette nativity scene which looks so pretty over the top. A great choice of prize on offer again this time too. x

Wonderful cards Mo - and I do so love yours especially as it covers the World. And you do have a great DT there - they always come up trumps as they say in the UK. Really hope your pain is easing -off to check out Darnell's post but I bet I know who I see there. And, I've entered (using the fabulous stamp set from Inkadinkado that I'm sure you so kindly gifted to me) - just playing for fun though. No post from you as yet - but give it time Mo! Lots of love, Di xx
