Soon as I saw that, I though I would use it to get caught up on some of the themes I missed while I was busy with the move. Two weeks ago, Dutchess chose Poinsettias of any colour, so my card today is to cover both of these themes.
Recipe
5 1/2 inch square card base and envelope - from my stash
Card stock - snippets of kraft from my stash
DP - patterned and solid papers from Authentiques Seasons; Winter line from my stash
Dies - Impression Obsession snowflake die
Stamp - not sure of the name of this image as it is from a stamp evening at my local scrapbook store
Bling - rhinestone snowflake bling from my VOS stash
I am entering this card in the following challenges:
1. Pixies Crafty Workshop - Must use snippets
2. Christmas Card Club - Anything goes as long as it is Christmas
Beautiful card Maureen. I do love Poinsettias. Hugs Rita xxx

ReplyDeleteLove these cool colors for your pretty poinsettias, and how clever of you to manage to cover a couple challenges! These IO snowflakes are my fav snowflake dies, and cut so nicely on any paper I've used to date. Very nifty embellies to your wonderful poinsettias. Like the stripe border look between the 2 design papers too. Most decorative look on this one, Miss Mo. Hope things with the move are beginning to sort of settle down a bit. TFS & Hugs
